The hardest part of this whole process was transferring the canopy frame outline from the plans to the fiberglass shell. What I ended up doing was making a copy of the frame outline on paper, then squeezing that between fiberglass shell and the original canopy. I then traced the outline directly onto the fiberglass shell. See the next photo for progress.
